Ready to Launch My Business is operated by Truth J Blue ("we," "us," or "our"). We operate the website at readytolaunchmybusiness.com. Contact us at hello@readytolaunchmybusiness.com.

• Contact & order data — your name and email address from checkout, opt-in forms, or messages you send us.
• Payment data — collected and stored by Stripe. We receive only order confirmation details (customer ID, order status, amount). We never receive or store your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials.
• Intake data — what you submit on the intake form: your niche, audience, the transformation you deliver, your business name, and your tone.
• Generated deliverables — the assets we build from your intake, stored so we can deliver them to you and honor your included revisions.
• Messages — conversations you have with us by email or social messaging (e.g., Facebook or Instagram), routed through our CRM so we can respond.
• Site analytics — standard, aggregate usage data (pages visited, referral source) used to improve the Site.

• Build and deliver your package, and honor your included revisions.
• Respond to questions and support requests you initiate.
• Send you the emails you opted into (every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link).
• Detect fraud and abuse and investigate security incidents.
• Improve the Site and the product using aggregate analytics.

We do not use your intake or your generated deliverables to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Only the sub-processors strictly required to build and deliver what you bought:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Hosting & storage providers (e.g., Vercel, Supabase) — running the Site and storing your intake and deliverables.
• CRM & messaging platforms (e.g., HighLevel, Meta) — handling email and social-message conversations you start with us.
• AI model providers — used solely to generate your deliverables during the build, under terms that do not permit training on your data.

We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We keep your order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and your intake and deliverables so we can support you and honor revisions. You can request deletion of your intake and deliverables at any time (see Section 6); records we are legally required to keep are retained for the required period.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@readytolaunchmybusiness.com from the address on your order and we'll respond within a reasonable period, and in any case within the timelines applicable law requires.

The Site and the Package are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may revise this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
